Do you provide references?

Yes - references from satisfied customers will set your mind at ease.


Do you visit our home beforehand to meet us and our pets?

The "meet and greet" is an important way of making sure that everyone, especially your pet(s), is comfortable.


Can we contact you while we are away?

Yes - you can check up on your pet(s) via phone, text messaging, and e-mail.  Every effort is made to promptly respond to inquiries.


What happens in the event of inclement weather or personal illness?

We will discuss hurricane preparedness as well as other contingency plans should an emergency arise.


What if my pet gets sick while I am away?

At the initial visit, we will obtain information pertaining to your pets general health, medications, veterinarian.
